Innovative beacon technology

We have developed and can offer the TAC-GRID innovative tactile system with the option to install Beacon technology within the tactile system which will assist all pedestrians, including people with a visual impairment, to navigate our high streets. This is the first ‘talking’ beacon and will inform the user of the location and type of crossing by the use of a free app. The beacon can be programmed, using the Highways Dashboard, by the relevant Council to include any information they wish to relay i.e. this crossing is closed etc.

Please ask us for a presentation of our new technology, we also offer to install trial areas as required.
